AMC Notary Queen Partners Ann and Val have been friends and have worked professionally together for years. Becoming notaries started a way for the two to be in business together and to focus on building a professional future. Both are well educated moms that believe in a healthy work/life balance and enjoy providing quality service for their communities in both Mobile Notary & Bookkeeping for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs.
Ann Halbrooks is originally from Illinois, and has been in the DFW metroplex for more than 15 years. Ann also owns and operates AMCreative, a Creative Agency that provides graphic design, web and social media management as well as photography and video services.
Ann has accounting experience as well that includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation of Accounts. She's a certified Texas Notary Public and will soon be a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor. Ann is organized and works well under pressure, while also being very reliable and dependable. She communicates well with signers and business owners or their teams while approaching each encounter in a way that comforts and provides a no-stress and streamlined process. With a methodical approach, Ann ensures accuracy and completeness. Also her flexible schedule is designed to accommodate after business hours, weekends or Holiday assignments. She is looking forward to serving the community and providing people with the professionalism and dependability they deserve with their notarial or bookkeeping needs.
Valerie Maxwell is a Texas native that has lived and worked in the DFW metroplex for more than 30 years. She is an accounting professional that has been employed in the focused markets of property management, manufacturing and distribution, and healthcare. Valerie's background in accounting brings an added level of accuracy, meticulousness and organization to the AMC family.
